Bradley Walsh was a companion for Jodie Whittaker’s 13th Time Lord in Doctor Who. In Bradley Walsh: The Laugh’s On Me: My Classic TV Moments, his co-stars Jodie and Mandip Gill, who starred as Yasmin Khan, remembered the actor fondly.

Jodie recalled the actor and The Chase presenter couldn’t concentrate for long periods of time.

However, she explained he was aware of when she was struggling and would use a number of tactics to help take the pressure off her.

She explained: “He can’t concentrate for the amount of time I have to speak so he zones out or does something ridiculous.

“One time I turned round and he’d put a goldfish bowl on his head and he was going ..”(does fish impression).

In the first episode of The Laugh’s On Me, Bradley recalled meeting Robbie Williams years after he had been keen on a football career.

Recalling when he was booked to appear on Cilla Black’s show with upcoming group, Take That, Bradley said: “Funnily enough… Robbie, he said ‘You alright Brad?’

“I went ‘yeah, yeah Rob you alright?’”

Robbie replied: “Don’t you remember me?” as Bradley said: “I know you are obviously from Take That.”

The singer told Bradley: “I’m Pete Conway’s son.”

As gobsmacked Bradley replied: “I said, ‘You’re joking!’ He went ‘no, no ,no.’

“Well, you could’ve blown me down with a feather. So, I’ve known Rob since he was about eight.”
