Perth teen indecently assaulted at Madora Bay beach in Mandurah
A Perth teen has been indecently assaulted at a beach in the city’s south, triggering a search to find the person behind the attack.
A 17-year-old was sunbathing at Madora Bay beach in Mandurah about 12.50pm on Monday when she was approached by a stranger.
It is here police say the man “touched her indecently”, before leaving the area.

“He was last seen walking in the direction of Karinga Road, Madora Bay,” authorities said on Monday afternoon.
Given the mercury had soared to 34C at the time of the alleged incident, authorities are hopeful people seeking refuge from the heat at the beach may be able to provide important information.
As part of their search police have released images of a man they say could potentially help their investigation.
He is described as being aged in his 40s or 50s, about 180cms tall with a slim build, short beard and long dark, greying hair.
He was wearing sunglasses, a checked shirt and blue jeans.
